We make bookings for staff at short notice using Aroha app. The app is fantastic to us. We receive follow-up correspondence by email or phone, which is easier because of COVID. They let us know if there are any issues. The staff members are always professional and happy. They have had appropriate training, always arrive on time and get on with the work.
