The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Trainer & Assessor for CHC30121 Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care has opened to join our friendly team. The delivery of the trainings will begin this January 2026 and we are looking for the following team members:

Full-time Trainer for CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Our CHC30121 Qualification will be delivered as follows:

Face-to-Face Training – Classroom-based, face-to-face training sessions will be delivered
Self-paced online components

About you

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a higher qualification in adult education or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with:
TAEASS502A/TAEASS502B/TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools; and TAELLN401A/TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
CHC50121 – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
CHC30121 – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain if successful)
Demonstrated minimum 3 years’ industry experience
National Police Clearance
