Are you an experienced FIFO Bus Driver? We are building our talent pool for remote mine-site village operations across Western Australia and want to hear from motivated workers. Aroha Services can help to get your foot in the door and kick start your FIFO career!

Aroha Services is partnering with accommodation and catering service providers operating throughout Western Australia, primarily for onshore & offshore vacancies.

About the role

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for driving workers between camp, site and the airport. When not driving the bus, your duties may include grounds work, rubbish removal or laundry duties. You will be required to work both day and night shifts, in various mining camps. These are generally 2 weeks on 1 week off roster or 1:1 roster, working 10-12 hours per day. We strongly recommend you apply.

Essential Criteria

Hold valid Australian HR license with clean driving record
Hold Passenger Transport Drivers Authorization is essential
Previous bus driving experience, 52-seater or above (mine sites preferably)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or be willing to obtain)
Strong communication skills including two-way radio experience
Must have at least 3-6 months FIFO experience
Must be located in Perth.
Full working rights in Australia.
Be able to pass a medical with a fitness assessment and consistent Drug Screens every 28 days and alcohol tests
Have or be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance (valid within 3 months)
Be willing to complete Rio Tinto, FMG and BHP Inductions
Provide 2x References
