Really good agency.
Lauren, RN ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been working for Aroha care group for over 2 years. I enjoy the flexibility with Aroha and I work it around my other part time job. As a single parent, and hard working RN I often experience burn out due to the nature of the job and home life. Aroha allows me flexibility and takes the pressure of my work/life balance. Some weeks I pick up 2-4 shifts, and other weeks it is quiet however this is the nature of casual work. If your looking for flexibility in your work life balance & thrive off working in aged care & community- then Aroha is for you. The team at Aroha are always understanding and customer service focused. I enjoy being able to travel to the different facilities each week, meet new people & also visit those friendly familiar faces, it keeps my work life interesting, whilst earning an income. Aroha the best agency to work for and I recommend to all my colleagues.
